Everyone in Milan has known Leone1947 for as long as anyone can remember. The leading company in combat sports in Italy was born and raised in the city – founded more than 75 years ago, in a Porta Romana very different from today.

The black-and-white images of Leone1947's history give goosebumps to sports maniacs – you’ll find pictures of Primo Carnera, Alain Delon in the movie Rocco and His Brothers, Nino Benvenuti. A time when Leone1957 dominated not only boxing, but also football, with the likes of Gianni Rivera, Giancarlo Antognoni, and Nils Liedholm. IUTER's founders also recall the full-color images seen in the streets of the early 2000s, when the Leone1947 brand had been adopted by the kids of Milan, no matter if they were athletes or not. The IUTER x Leone1947 collection celebrates the history of the house founded by Orlando Leone, and the meeting of two brands capable of dominating their sectors while remaining at the same time fiercely independent.

The IUTER x Leone1947 collection is split in two parts: the first, produced by IUTER, is more street-oriented; the second, produced by Leone1947, leads toward the boxing ring. The collection features T-shirts, hoodies and tracksuits, but also technical clothing and accessories – from gloves to training bags. All produced by IUTER and Leone1947, with attention to the smallest details, starting with the graphic research that updates some historical logos used by Leone1947.
